What actually happens next
You send the form. A real person reads it — it is not fed into an automated sequence. We look at what stage you are at, what is owed against the property, and what the Lethbridge market says the home is worth, and then we tell you what your realistic options are. If one of them is "talk to your lender" or "speak to a Licensed Insolvency Trustee", that is what we will say.
What we will not do
We will not pressure you, we will not sell your details to a list of buyers, and we will not tell you what you want to hear. If your best move makes us nothing, we will still tell you it is your best move.
What helps us help you
Anything you know is useful — roughly what is owed, roughly what the home is worth, whether you have received anything from a lawyer, and how much time you think you have. If you do not know some of that, send it anyway. Not knowing is a normal place to start.
